These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Umag Trophy website and online registration, operated by B4, agencija za športni turizem d.o.o. ("B4", the organiser). By accessing the site or registering a team, you agree to these terms, which apply to all pages and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and completing registration you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions. Registration constitutes confirmation of your agreement to the provisions set out here.

2. Use of the website

The site may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Modifying, copying, distributing or otherwise commercially exploiting the content is not permitted without the prior written consent of the organiser.

3. Registration and user account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity carried out through your account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and confidential.

4. Intellectual property

All material on this website — text, graphics, logos, and photographs — is protected by copyright. Any reproduction requires the written consent of the publisher and a link back to the source. Photographs may be sourced from Shutterstock.com and Depositphotos.com.

Any unauthorised use that could damage, disable, overburden or otherwise impair the website or B4 is prohibited.

Teams and players take part in the tournament at their own risk and are advised to arrange their own travel and sports insurance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute is resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana. If any provision is found to be invalid, it is replaced by a valid provision with a similar effect.
